Telecaller Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive/ Telesales for the Chennai location.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Responsible for explaining the clients about the projects.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings/demos.
- Coordination for site visit with customers and sales team.
- Identifying and generating new Business or sales leads for the company (B2B).
- The position will be responsible for acquisition and achieve day to day individual sales targets.
- He/She must be capable of understanding the customer requirements and convincing the customer by providing information about the properties.
- Making regular follow-ups with the customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Coordination for site visit with customers and sales team.
- Should be very smart while talking to customers over phone.
- Minumum 1 year of experience in telesales
- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
